  4. 4.Any applicable late payment, outstanding fee or payment-related issue must be settled as per Academy instructions.

  7. 7.The Academy may change class timings, batches, trainers or schedules when reasonably required.
  8. 8.Students must follow trainer instructions and take reasonable care of Academy premises, equipment and learning materials.
  9. 9.Certificate/assessment eligibility may depend on attendance, course completion, performance and fulfilment of Academy requirements.
  10. 10.For minors, the parent/guardian remains responsible for the accuracy of information, communication and fee commitments.
  11. 11.Any medical condition, allergy, injury, special requirement or other relevant information should be disclosed to the Academy.
  12. 12.The Academy may take appropriate disciplinary action for serious misconduct or repeated violation of Academy rules.
  13. 13.The Academy may discontinue a student's training for serious misconduct, non-payment or repeated violation of rules, subject to its policies.
  14. 14.Any request for withdrawal, transfer or change of batch should be submitted to the Academy in advance and is subject to approval.
  15. 15.The student and parent/guardian agree to follow the Academy's rules, instructions, payment schedule and policies as applicable.
